Responsibilities
What the role stands for

Monitoring and steering the construction site.
Observing requirements arising from building permits, plans, and other regulations.
Regular review of the proper execution of construction work.
Developing individual workflows as well as preparing a construction schedule.
Tendering, obtaining quotations, negotiations, acceptance, cost control, invoice review, and participation in official inspections.

Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, low-current technology, and the corresponding regulations.
Knowledge of procurement law, VOB/VOL, VOB/B, VDE, VDS, BGB, as well as general contract law and claim management.

Customer orientation, strong communication skills, and a structured, goal-oriented way of working.
